Platform
- What exactly is Pillars Business Consultant?
- It is an AI business advisor. You record your sales and expenses in a few taps, and Pillars tells you whether you are making money, where your costs are going, and what to do next — in plain language.
- Is it an accounting package?
- No. Pillars is not accounting software and does not file tax returns. It gives a business owner a daily, understandable picture of profit, cost and cash, and advice based on it. Your accountant can still export everything as CSV.
- Do I need any bookkeeping knowledge?
- None. If you can tell us what you sold and what you spent, Pillars does the arithmetic, the categories and the interpretation for you.
AI
- What does the AI Business Consultant actually see?
- Only your own business figures: your products, sales, expenses and the totals derived from them. It uses those to answer questions like why profit fell this week or which product earns the least.
- Can I trust the advice?
- The advice is grounded in your recorded numbers and always explains its reasoning, so you can check it. It is guidance for a business owner, not regulated financial, legal or tax advice — the decision remains yours.
Pricing
- Is there really a free plan?
- Yes. The Free plan covers daily sales, expenses and the profit dashboard forever, with ten AI questions a month. No card is required.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded or cancelled from the Subscription area at any time, and changes apply from the next billing cycle.
Security
- Is my business data isolated from other businesses?
- Yes. Every table is protected by row-level security, so your business can only ever read or write its own records. Access is further limited by role.
- How do I sign in?
- Phone number and password by default, with six-digit OTP verification at registration. Email is optional and used for recovery, invoices and reports.

- How long does setup take?
- Most owners register, add their first products and record their first sale within fifteen minutes.
- Which countries and currencies are supported?
- Registration includes an international country and dialling-code selector, and you choose the currency every figure is displayed in.
